Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Papa Official is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their mind.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Have all original tags and packaging attached
Be free from marks, stains, odours, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Papa Official is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
